Dav has been pioneering wholesome-mindfulness (right-mindfulness) based health intervention since 1995. His first course was taught at Coventry University in the mid 1990’s, “Stress Management thru Mindfulness meditation”.
Dav’s approach to health begins with the mind, its an inside out approach. He’s unique combination incorporates both the cultivation of awareness in a health manner, which catalyses the transpersonal growth and development within the individual.
A mindfulness perspective which focuses on the model of mind, mental health and human development, integrated with Eastern psychology and non-eurocentric models of health, well being and mind, and finally, the process of actualising human potential through transpersonal development and growth.
Dav has developed courses, workshops and retreats that take individuals from right mindfulness into, self-actualisation, self-realisation and finally self-sovereignty.
From negative emotions (unhealthy psychological states) such as stress, anxiety, depression towards positive emotions (healthy psychological states) such as contentment, compassion, optimism, joy and acceptance.
From negative emotions -> transforming into neutral states-> transforming into positive emotions-> cultivating engagement leading to relationships within oneself, others, nature and beyond giving rise to meaning, purpose and sense of achievement and life satisfaction.
His courses, workshops and retreats have been designed to enable individuals to begin by taking control of their health and wellbeing, and gradually moving towards cultivating positive psychological, self-actualisation, self-realisation and finally self-sovereignty.
