It is your journey of self-discovery and self-knowledge, it is assisted through seven stages, which begin with identity and worldview, evolving through emotional intelligence and emotional wisdom, personal ethics right through to spiritual vision, intelligence and ultimately creativity and expression.
Transpersonal health and wellness is about uncovering your own path for personal and spiritual development and transformation. Dav has developed a set of residential retreats that are designed to provide a friendly, safe, secure and professional environment to enable transformative process to take place.
Dav offers an opportunity for individuals to take a profound and deep journey into knowing about themselves. You are guided through this process through a series of transformative residential country retreats. These seven retreat can take between 4-7 years to complete, it is for those individuals who are serious about getting the best from their life.

The Symran Retreats ® are based on the seven perennial aspects essential for our transformation towards a harmonious, natural and spontaneous way of being.

These seven retreats are designed to help you cultivate optimum psychospiritual health, wellbeing and catalyses the process of fulfilling your human potential and self-actualisation. The seven retreats are divided into two groups, while the first two retreats, transforming life thru mindfulness and Metta – path of self-compassion retreats focuses on regaining health and wellbeing, and provide the foundation to self-discovery or transpersonal growth and development.
Once these elements have been cultivated, the insights and experiences through the practices open the capacity to begin the next phase of our self-development and growth towards achieving optimum health and wellbeing.
